Instructions how to host your own video files(FLV only) in your wordpress:
1. Download Flv Player from JW FLV Player credit to Jeroen Wijering
2. Unzip the file but only upload the flvplayer.swf to an accessible directory on the server(e.g, /public_html/yobosensei/blog/flvplayer.swf)
3. Download WP-FLV Plugin for flv player. Rename the file from wp-flv.php.txt to wp-flv.php.
Upload this file to your plugins directory. Credit to Roel Meurders
4. Login to your wordpress plugins and activate WP-FLV plugin.
5. For the plugin to work, it must show where to find the flvplayer.swf file.
Go to Options menu, choose WP-FLV submenu.
i) URL to flvplayer.swf : www/domainname.com/blog/flvplayer.swf
ii)Optional: Use Quicktag FLV: yes
iii)Default URL to video: www/domainname.com/blog/videos/
*Create a video folder in your directory
6. Create a new post, go to
CODE>FLV>Enter URL to Video>Width>Video AutoStart>Done; or
Type this in CODE <flv href=”http://www.yourdomain.com/blog/movie.flv” autostart=”true” />
7. It will look like this:

how can i get the Upcoming Badge to appear anywhere on my free Wordpress blog? (on the sidebar or on a page)
Already spent an hour on it, need help.
