Ingredients
Vermicelli noodles, boil in hot water for 5min;
3/4 onion, thinly sliced
2 carrots
1 lb. sliced beef
4 cloves garlic, diced and marinate in beef for 1/2hr
3 scallions, cut into 1 lengths
1 cup wood ear mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 lb spinach, washed well
6 tsp soy sauce
5 tsp brown sugar or more
6 tsp sesame oil
Vegetable oil or EVOO

I’ve always wanted to find a Jap Chae recipe so thanks for posting this. I’ll give it a go sometime. ^_^
